When you request an estimate, we collect the contact and project details you choose to provide. Optional project photos may contain details about your home, so please avoid including people, documents, access codes, valuables, or other sensitive information.
How we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate and respond to your request, communicate about the project, prevent abuse, and maintain a practical business record. We do not sell submitted information.
Retention
Estimate-request records are intended to be retained for up to 180 days and project photos for up to 30 days, unless a shorter or longer period is reasonably required for an active project, legal obligation, security issue, or recordkeeping need.
Security and service providers
We use proportionate safeguards and may use service providers for hosting, human verification, private file storage, and transactional email. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
